I am looking for a top UI/UX design studio that can do more than just “draw beautifully,” but really immerse themselves in the product, understand the user, and deliver a strong result. It is very important that the guys not only have experience, but also have a great eye and approach. Maybe someone has encountered a good studio that is pleasant and easy to work with?

They not only make visuals that make you want to applaud, but they also really dig into the product, study the target audience, make prototypes, and test. They have a powerful portfolio and an approach — as if you were part of one team. They worked on the interface of our application, and the result exceeded expectations. I highly recommend it!
I'm working on a startup where the interface is one of the key elements. I've already spent time on freelancers, but I want a systematic and deep approach, preferably with cases and a cool portfolio. And yes, so that they understand how to make it convenient, and not just "pretty in dribbble".
