 6 steps to wash your hands properly

 Step 3 : Rub your palms together, squeezing your fingers and between your fingers and nails for at least 20 seconds.
 Step 4 : Rub the outer side of the fingers of one hand into the palm of the other.
 Step 5 : Use one hand to rotate the thumb of the other hand and vice versa.
 Step 6 : Rinse your hands under running water. Dry your hands with a clean towel or a single-use towel
