i'm guessing you found a no-cd ***** for this, the legitimate protected exe will abort on trying to start with specialk present. I see the latest versions patch around the crash issue, but generic patch can't work with the updated version.

The real culprit is paul.dll ***** files. When I replace this ***** paul.dll over my original paul.dll, immediately my NFS Undercover become seriously hideos game. Overwrite back the cracked paul.dll with original paul.dll, everything return to normal.
